Challenge

A growing marketplace needed a real operating layer: partner context, onboarding, and activity were too scattered to run cleanly across two markets.

Solution

Keen as one cockpit for the partner marketplace: onboarding, partner activity, and a shared view of the network in Denmark and Sweden.

Results

  • Two markets, one setup

One marketplace that supports Denmark and Sweden.

  • Central partner visibility

One place for monitoring, routing, and reporting.

  • A consistent lead / onboarding flow

The right partner through one process.

Lunar helps businesses find more than banking. As they opened a marketplace of selected partners across Denmark and Sweden, the team needed one place to run onboarding, partner activity, and a shared view of the network. With Keen, Lunar built that operating layer: a central cockpit for the partner marketplace, so customers discover the right partners and both sides stay aligned as the model scales.

Helping businesses find more than banking

For many new businesses, opening a bank account is only the first step. They still need accounting, legal, payroll, and other tools to get a company running. Lunar used that moment to introduce selected partners, so a new customer could discover useful services without leaving the Lunar experience.

A growing marketplace needed a strong operating layer

Across two markets, Lunar had more partners, more onboarding, and more customer interest to keep in view. Partner context lived in different places, and it was hard to see what was happening in the marketplace without extra coordination.

They needed one system that could onboard partners consistently, keep activity visible across Denmark and Sweden, and give the team a dependable view of the network. Keen gave them that system.

One central cockpit for the partner marketplace

When a Lunar customer shows interest in a partner offer, the opportunity now lands in Keen with the context both sides need. Lunar, Keen, and selected partners share one view of onboarding and progress, whether the customer is in Denmark or Sweden.

How Lunar sends leads to partners through Keen

Lunar can submit leads through CRM integration, the Keen API, or Zapier. Keen sends each lead to selected partners. Partners send status updates back to Keen, which automatically generates reports for Lunar.

The impact on Lunar is tangible:

  • Two markets running on one setup
  • Central visibility into partner activity
  • A consistent path from application to partner offer

A scalable partner model across Denmark and Sweden

With a shared cockpit, Lunar can operate the same partner model in Denmark and Sweden without standing up a new process for each market. The team sees partner activity in one place, and partners get a clearer view of the customers they can help.

Partnerships are a key part of how we create value for business customers. With Keen, we can grow our partner marketplace and still understand the network as a whole.

As Lunar continues to expand the marketplace, Keen supports the day-to-day work behind it: making partner discovery easy, keeping onboarding moving, and helping the team run a partner model that works across borders.
