A practical guide to rearranging your Keen dashboard: add, move, and resize blocks, filter by direction, partner, and currency, then save the layout as a shared view.

Your Keen dashboard is built from blocks you can add, move, and resize. Filter by receiving or referring, narrow by currency or partner, then save the layout as a view your team can open again.

The dashboard is a workspace you can rearrange. It starts with a default set of blocks and updates as you filter by direction, partners, currency, and time. You can add, move, resize, and remove blocks, then save the result as a view for your company.

## Try this first

1. Set **Receiving**, **Referring**, or **Combined**, then pick a time period.

1. If you use more than one currency, open **Filters** and choose a channel currency.

1. Drag a block by its title, or resize it from the corner.

1. Right-click a block to change size, chart options, or columns.

1. Use **Add block** for another chart, or **Reset layout** to start over.

1. Open **Views** and **Save as…** if you want the team to keep this setup.

## Blocks

Each block is one chart or table. You can have more than one of the same type.

The starting layout includes:

- **KPI Summary** — month, quarter, and year totals with comparisons

- **Lead Timeline** — leads over time, stacked by partner

- **Partner Overview** — lead volume for each partner

- **Channel Comparison** — channels side by side

You can also add:

- **Partner Leaderboard** — top partners by leads and revenue

- **Lead Funnel** — leads by status

- **Revenue Timeline** — purchases and rewards over time

- **Conversion Rate** — lead-to-win conversion

To add a block, use **Add block** in the bottom-left corner and pick a type. To remove one, right-click it and choose **Remove**. **Reset layout** restores the default set and arrangement.

## Move blocks around

On desktop, drag a block by its title. Drop it where you want it — the others shift to make room. The grid stays in bounds, so a block cannot be dragged off the page.

## Resize blocks

On desktop, drag the right edge, bottom edge, or bottom-right corner.

You can also set size from the right-click menu:

- **Width:** Quarter, Half, Three-quarter, or Full

- **Height:** Compact, Default, or Tall

**KPI Summary** grows with its cards, so you cannot set its height by hand.

## Receiving vs referring

If you both receive leads from partners and refer leads to them, the top of the dashboard has three views:

- **Receiving** — leads partners sent you

- **Referring** — leads you sent partners

- **Combined** — both. **KPI Summary** splits into Receiving and Referring columns

If you only do one of those, Keen shows that side and hides the toggle.

The same filter applies to every block. Switch direction when you want received activity, referred activity, or both.

## Currencies

If your channels use more than one currency, open **Filters** and use **Channel currency**. Pick one or more currencies to limit the dashboard to those channels. Leave them unchecked to include all.

Use this when you want DKK-only numbers, or to hide another currency from totals. You can also filter by partner in the same menu. **Clear filters** removes both.

The currency filter only appears when you have more than one channel currency. The partner filter only appears when you have more than one partner.

## Layout and saved views

Layout is the set of blocks, their sizes, and their positions. Filters (direction, time period, partners, currencies) sit above the grid.

Use **Views** to save a layout and its filters under a name. Saved views are shared with everyone in your company. You can:

- Save updates to the current view

- **Save as…** create a new named view

- Rename or Delete a view

A small dot on **Views** means you have unsaved changes. Switching views or resetting the layout will ask before discarding them.

Time period is independent of the blocks: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last year, Year to date, or a custom range.

## Right-click a block

Right-click (or Control-click / two-finger click) any block for a menu. Every block can change width and be removed. Most can also change height.

Some blocks have extra options:

- **KPI Summary** — show or hide Month, Quarter, and Year cards (at least one stays on)

- **Lead Timeline** — Stacked bar or Area

- **Channel Comparison** — sort by Leads, Conversion, or Revenue

- **Partner Overview** — show extra columns: Won, Conversion, Revenue, Avg deal size, Paid to partner, Received from partner. Leads always stays on.

Once a view is saved, anyone in your company can open the same layout and filters. Change the time period or direction whenever you want a different slice of the same workspace.
